Inventory

LBS operate a Perpetual Inventory system with a specialist stock management team. The PI system is designed to allow cyclic counting of all locations within each of LBS' six logical warehouses. The PI team acts as a policing operation for all stock management transactions and movements.

Information Technology

	Full range of Vista Software including fulfilment, Sales Analysis and Accounts Receivable with Publisher access through web browser.
	HP Alpha Servers – 3 node cluster with full resilience and UPS.
	EDI - Available over all networks and transfer protocols with ability to receive Orders and IRI Returns requests and return Invoices, Credit Notes, Acknowledgements, IRI Returns Authorisations and Delivery Details
	Report Delivery over the web – traditional reports deliver in a web browser with conversion to MS Excel.
